The location was very close to oxford street. a car park was nearby too. i also appreciated the 12pm check out the next morning. It allowed for a relaxed start to the day.

the staff was so lovely! the room was super clean and comfy. the bathroom was nice and compact and had everything i needed. tea and coffee facilities were available.
the charles street car park was permanently shut. it was still on google, though! i ended up on a side street due to time constraints, resulting in parking fines. the pavement parking machine did not work and neither did the online payment.

The room had many electrical outlets. This was very useful. i loved the breakfast. It was varied and substantial! the location was perfect for the venue we wanted to visit. This made getting around so easy.
i found that the parking in the area was quite pricey, which wasn't ideal. i wish there had been on-site options or more affordable alternatives nearby.

the staff was friendly and helpful , that i found good.
The noise levels were a problem. I heard drilling sounds. the air circulation in my room did not work well, so it was hard to get a good night's rest. the bathroom also had some issues. The extractor vent was not working properly.
